Humanae has already launched two startups in the Future of Work space which are already operating profitably and disrupting their respective fields. Five more startups are currently in different stages of incubation.

Launched early 2020, Bihasa helps companies scale their learning and development initiatives through a two-pronged approach. First, it creates engaging and effective training videos that are designed to educate and inspire employees at scale. Then, Bihasa sets up and manages a learning management system that makes it easy teams to access and track their progress..

Founded late 2022, Cluster is a cutting-edge recruitment firm that uses a closed network of industry experts to efficiently and effectively match senior executives with top-tier candidates. By utilizing insider knowledge and pre-vetting candidates, Cluster offers a high-quality recruitment experience for clients while saving them valuable time and resources. Cluster is ideal for fast-growing companies and established organizations looking to build high-performance teams quickly.

Peter Cauton

Peter is an HR-practitioner-turned entrepreneur. He founded and scaled a few HR technology firms using silicon-valley style blitzscaling, and then realized he prefers a more sustainable approach to startup-building.

Peter is a serial entrepreneur in the Future-of-work space, has been a longtime mentor in the Google-for-Startups accelerator, and is an Endeavor entrepreneur.

Marc Cruz

With over 23 years of IT implementation and delivery management experience, with companies such as Hewlett-Packard, IBM, and Globe Telecoms, Marc took the startup leap in 2020 and leads Bihasa's delivery and operational growth.

Marc has developed a deep passion towards leadership and people development, and in leading and managing teams.

Cholo Palabrica

Cholo has been a renowned veteran in the executive recruitment industry cutting his teeth in several leading companies.

Cholo knows and understands recruitment from different angles, serving as a headhunter for Ward Howell, the internal head of recruitment for Nutri-asia, and as a trainer for the prestigious global firm Korn Ferry.

Melissa Tempongko

Mel has spent nearly two decades as a consultant in the HR space as an executive search consultant in Amrop and in the assessment industry as a licensed Harrison consultant.

Using her considerable network and resourcefulness, Mel currently spearheads the rapid growth of Cluster's executive network.

Aaron Hannibal Alvaran

Hannibal is a jack-of-all-trades with a strong focus on communications, systems, and process. With proven experience in operations, finance, IT, and administrative management across multiple industries including energy, mass media, defence, and aerospace.

He strives to build and support profitable enterprises that contribute to a just, equitable, and sustainable society.

Krishia Pauline Ellis

Krishia is a 10-year multihat who has worked in various Software Consulting companies and Startups that honed her diverse skills in Software Engineering, Innovation (UX and Design Thinking), Product, Org Dev't, Consulting and Sustainability.

She serves as an extension of Humanae Ventures' Chairman, making sure that the startups under our wing are guided and equipped well towards their success.
